Teacher – Birth to Three
Betty J. Taylor Early Learning Academy | Full Time

The Tulalip Tribes are hiring a dedicated Teacher to support children from birth to age three at the Betty J. Taylor Early Learning Academy. This role provides high quality early learning experiences using Creative Curriculum, supports individual developmental goals, and partners closely with families through daily communication and home visits. Teachers work collaboratively with classroom teams to create a safe, nurturing, and culturally responsive learning environment that supports school readiness.

Qualified candidates will have experience working with young children, meet Washington State licensing and certification requirements, and be able to work a flexible schedule.


Teacher – ECEAP
Betty J. Taylor Early Learning Academy | Full Time

The Tulalip Tribes are seeking a qualified Teacher to join the ECEAP program at the Betty J. Taylor Early Learning Academy. This position supports children ages birth to five by promoting social, emotional, physical, and developmental growth to meet School Readiness Goals. Teachers use Creative Curriculum and Teaching Strategies, co teach Lushootseed language in the classroom, collaborate with classroom teams, and partner with families to support children’s educational success. The role includes lesson planning, documentation for grant funded programs, and maintaining a safe, culturally responsive learning environment.


Teacher – Montessori
Betty J. Taylor Early Learning Academy | Full Time

The Tulalip Tribes are seeking a Montessori Teacher to create and implement a culturally responsive, developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. This role uses the Montessori Curriculum and LOVIT WAY Program Evaluation Process to support children’s social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and language development. Teachers integrate Tulalip culture and Lushootseed language, partner closely with families, and support individualized learning plans while maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom environment.


Teacher Assistant – Birth to Three

The Tulalip Tribes are seeking a caring and dependable Teacher Assistant to support children from birth to age five in achieving School Readiness Goals. This role assists with daily classroom activities using the program curriculum, supports individual learning needs, and helps maintain a safe, nurturing, and culturally responsive environment. Teacher Assistants work closely with the classroom team and families to promote children’s social, emotional, physical, and developmental growth.


Teacher Assistant – Preschool
Betty J. Taylor Early Learning Academy | Full Time

The Tulalip Tribes are seeking a caring and dependable Teacher Assistant to support preschool aged children in reaching School Readiness Goals. This role assists with daily classroom activities using the program curriculum, supports children’s social, emotional, physical, and developmental growth, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and culturally responsive learning environment. Teacher Assistants work closely with teachers, staff, and families while supporting cultural and language activities within the classroom.
