Welcome to Tulalip
Early Learning Academy

The Betty J. Taylor Early Learning Academy (BJTELA) offers the highest quality services for children ages birth to five, and their families. Our facility, located on approximately 4 acres overlooking the Tulalip Bay, strives to maintain excellent standards for early learning. We have several options available, including a birth – 3 program (Early Head Start), an age 3 – 5 preschool program, and child care. The school program is free to eligible students.
